A competition was held for local Girl Guides to design a new badge.  It turned out to be too difficult to decide which design to use, so four designs were merged to create the final result.

• top left – the monument at Monument Hill in Kilmore (to which the Guides have hiked to and around many tines)
• top right – kookaburra to represent the Kilmore Kookaburra Girl Guides
• bottom left – Girl Guide logo
• bottom right – St Patrick’s Church in Kilmore
