Ingredients
2 tablespoons Nutella (about 35 g)
2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon neutral oil (canola, sunflower etc)
½ teaspoon vanilla essence (optional)
3 tablespoons self-raising flour
Pinch of salt

Instructions
- Place a microwave-safe mug on the kitchen scales and set to zero. Measure Nutella directly into the mug.
- Add milk, oil, and vanilla and mix until smooth.
- Add flour and salt. Stir until no lumps remain.
- Microwave on high for about 70 seconds (time will vary between microwaves).
- Let sit for 1–2 minutes to firm up.
- Eat straight from the mug or divide in half to share with a friend.
